two members

• The partners can be general and limited

• The general partner is fully liable to company's debts and obligations of the company

• The limited partner is limited liable for the amount of contributions made to the company

• This company do not require a minimum share capital

General Partnership (o.d.)

• The company can be established by at least two persons

• The partners are fully liable for company's debts and obligations

• This company do not require a minimum share capital to be established
