Robert Collins, Director, Workforce Development, at LEDC brings significant experience from senior roles in provincial and municipal governments in South Western Ontario to this portfolio. Most recently he was Vice President of Workforce Development for a leading community employment agency. Robert is active in a number of initiatives designed to address the anticipated labour market shortages and close the gaps between supply and demand-an identified cornerstone of community economic resilience and sustainability.

Trisha Beausaert is the Public Relations Manager at London’s hottest tech company, Voices.com, the industry-leading website that connects businesses with professional voice talent. This well-connected young professional and proud Western University graduate has worked at some of the most prestigious organizations in the city, including London Hydro and the London Economic Development Corporation. Trisha is a member of the London Chamber of Commerce’s Marketing committee and donates her time to various Peer2Peer and networking groups.

Lisa works as an Employment Specialist at TriOS College. As an integral member of our team, she brings over 15 years experience working in business and finance with expertise in event planning, purchasing, sales and marketing. Lisa is an active member of the community, sitting on many boards and networking committees. As such, she has a fluent understanding of current trends in the workplace as well as the needs of employers and employees. Her skills include teaching career management to our student population, building and maintaining internship host relationships and connecting our graduates with employment opportunities.

Maureen has worked with three recruiting companies in her career, two national and one local before opening 2A3 Group in 2010. The time with these expert teams gave her the industry knowledge and contacts that have made her one the best and most respected people in the business today. Whether it was in Toronto, Vancouver or London, Maureen’s concept of hard work, constant learning and following through has helped to make her a “go to” person for industry knowledge and information for employers, candidates and industry groups.
