How will the agency measure results? What does the reporting of results look like? How long will it take to see results?
What experience does the firm have in your industry? Ask to see examples or case studies of similar work.
Is the agency proficient in social media? What are the capabilities?
What are the terms of the agreement; how long are we locked in for? What’s not included in the agreement? What does the scope look like? Most importantly, what’s your chemistry like with the key members of the team who
will be working on your account?
