• Then see what is delivering new business!

• Make sure you know where your money is going at the same time. Keep a list of all your monthly/annual marketing expenditures

• Where are the leads coming from?

• Where are they NOT coming from?

• Cut the low performers!

• By cutting appx $1250 a month in unnecessary ads that weren’t delivering any business! (Referrals were huge!)

• Implement a New Business tracking spreadsheet.

• Track your expenses.

• Do more of what works and cut out what doesn’t.

• Give new marketing about six months to judge results.
