Saul J. Berman, Ph.D. is Partner &Vice President, Global Strategy Consulting Leader & Innovation and Growth Services Leader within IBM Global Business Services (GBS). He leads a worldwide team of IBM consultants focused on delivering business value through business, technology and operations strategy engagements as well as organizational change initiatives.

Since joining MTV as the strategic lead for social media and community management in early 2010, Tom Fishman has overseen a period of twenty-fold growth in MTV's community footprint.
