Who are we?

Capita Talent Partnerships is a new business dedicated to unlocking talent and helping businesses grow.

We work in partnership with our clients to deliver the services and solutions they need to realise their ambitions, whether that’s delivering an apprenticeship programme that creates new routes to careers in their organisation, transforming their learning business, or managing new ways of working with others on skills and business issues.

Each of our partnerships is different – reflecting what each of our partners need to help them transform, improve and grow. We start with what you need, not what is easiest for us to offer.

• The programmes that excite us most are the ones that create new opportunities for young people and adults to build their skills, develop their careers and realise their potential – whatever their background or starting point.

• We’re proud that Ofsted rated our existing delivery as ‘Good’ (Grade 2) at our last inspection in 2012, and we’re determined to obtain an ‘Outstanding’ rating at our next inspection.

• We’re determined that our business will lead the market in embracing new ways of working, new delivery models and in the successful application of technology to learning.

Simplicity• We’re committed to keeping things simple for our partners and their learners, applying

the business process outsource efficiency mindset that you would expect from any Capita business to a market that’s renowned for its complexity and bureaucracy.

Experience and recruitment: providing young people with experience of your business and delivering recruitment and selection processes that bring the right talent into your business including e.g. work experience, internship placements, traineeship programmes.

Emerging talent programme delivery: supporting all aspects of the delivery of a wide range of emerging talent programmes including e.g. apprenticeships, bespoke school leaver programmes, graduate schemes.

Progression: supporting the activities and initiatives that enable your trainees to progress and realise their full potential in your organisation through, e.g. first line management, emerging leadership programmes.
