24 Hour Emergency Response

Utilize the following techniques 24/7 hour response:

• Phone support – In some instances, we can isolate a problem area to allow re-energization of the remaining substation or facility before manpower can get on site.

• Ready to travel – Most sites can be reached by our one of field technicians within 24 hours.

• Video support – with the use of digital photos or video, we can provide guidance over the phone while immediately getting started on locating replacement parts and equipment before the field tech ever gets on site.
