We made a successful development of a heat insulating & resistant coating, which is performing as a perfect thermal barrier to such an extreme temperature of 3700 °F (approx. 2,000 °C)

The Coating is of an environment-friendly waterborne, without giving off any toxic fume which withstands such a high tempera-ture for more than 20 minutes or more.

As you see in the video clip, after approx. 20 minutes of exposure to the blowtorch in the egg heating test, the albumen and raw yolk of the hen’s egg is still runny inside the egg when cracked.

We are planning to improve the Coating further to insulate and withstand the temperature of 5,500 °F (approx.3,000 °C) for hours in a matter of month or so.

Given right facility, equipment and state-of-the-art laboratory environment, our ultimate goal is to develop much more effective heat insulating and heat resisting Coating which would withstand such an unimaginable heat of 11,000 °F (approx. 6,000 °C) for many hours.

We believe that the market potential of the Coating would be incredibly huge in many field of industries, if commercial-ized, such as construction, shipbuilding and vehicles and more so when taking into account of applying it to such field of military and space industry.

In addition, we recently succeeded in de-veloping a thermal insulating coating which works at low and ambient temper-ature, which requires relatively more sophisti-cated technology.
