Introduction of HCL Technology

Founded in 1970s and by 1980s become India’s

most sophisticated and successful company.

Shiv Nadar found HCL in 1976.

Vineet Nayer, a 23 old MBA graduate joined

HCL in 1985.

April 2005 Vineet became President of HCL

Technology.

In 1992 HCL won government bid to create a new,

electronic stock exchange.

Born of Comnet.

Comnet: It’s an IT infrastructure and networking business

wholly owned by HCL.

“Comnetians” worked on their ideas of using satellite

technology.

In 1994, Comnet become HCL’s most innovative and

successful business.

HCL’s new President

On 5th April, 2005 Vineet become President

of HCL Technology.

Vineet’s first day at work as a President.

His ideas to improve its operation efficiency

and became even more innovative.
