When a ¾ inch high pressure water line ruptured and subsequently flooded this commercial structure, Har-Bro responded immediately! Commercial Water Damage

When a small fi re erupted on the second fl oor of this commercial building, the fi re sprinklers quickly extinguished the fi re with little fi re damage. Unfortunately, as a result, there was signifi cant water damage on two fl oors including this hallway that had asbestos in the drywall. The Har-Bro emergency team quickly responded to minimize the water and smoke damage using traditional, restorative cleaning and drying techniques. To dry the area with asbestos without disturbing it required a more creative solution. After extracting as much water as possible, the base of the walls were sealed with heavy plastic creating an air-tight chamber where dehumidified air was pumped through under pressure to dry the walls, preventing thousands of dollars in asbestos abatement! When a monsoon-like storm with 80 mph winds and torrential rains ripped into a commercial laboratory, Har-Bro responded immediately! The disaster caused major property damage and flooding throughout the entire area. The winds tore off several roof sections of this laboratory and the subsequent interior flooding created the majority of the damage. The Har-Bro team provided rapid emergency services and had nearly 50 workers onsite to complete the project quickly. Commercial Building Explosion

A natural gas explosion caused the tremendous damage to this hotel! Fortunately, the hotel was in the process of being constructed and was not yet open for business. The general contractor responsible for the construction of the hotel chose Har-Bro to perform the emergency drying from the water used after the explosion. Immediately Har-Bro was on-site with personnel and equipment to stabilize the building and establish 24 hour site security. The blast damage to the building challenged traditional drying techniques due to the humidity and waterfront location. Har-Bro used state of the art dry down equipment and strategies to limit water damage and also managed to save the escalators and elevator shafts. In total six floors had to be dried down to prevent mold growth and to allow the reconstruction to begin. When disaster strikes, call the leader in emergency service: Har-Bro!

Emergency/Reconstruction Brief Overview: The Park Vista Medical Center had a fire loss that of which Har-Bro was called in to provide the emergency services and reconstruction to the facility. Temporary electrical was required to keep parts of the facility in operation. Har-Bro provided water dry down and mold remediation in the basement area and then completed the full reconstruction for the medical center. From emergency to total punch list completion was approximately 15 months.

Riverside County – Regional Medical Center Contact: John Dora Chief of Hospital Plant Operations (951) 486-4075 Water loss - $742k Emergency/Reconstruction Brief Overview: The Riverside County Regional Medical Center suffered a large water loss encompassing approximately 30,000 SF and 140 individual rooms. The cause of this particular loss was related to a galvanized nipple on a copper water line. The combination of the two metals created electrolyses weakening the metals over a period of approximately ten years eventually giving way. List of other medical jobs:
