– Wordbreak Down Structure for any project – WBS
– Organization Breakdown Structure all company – OBS

• The purpose of this presentation is to help with redrafting the organization structure with the objective of integration in mind

• The job description will be mapped with horizontal processes
• KPI per process and per job description will be defined
• Job Specs will be also defined
• Employment Lifecycle will be mapped to each position and employee
• Manpower Productivity and Capacity will be estimated

• The same structure should be reflected into the SharePoint
• Cost Centers and Profit Centers should be using the same codes in the accounting
• QMS and Documentation Management to use the same code
• Projects could use the same code based on the project type
• Employee coding as a dimension could use the following 2 codes– Employee code / center code
– Code where the cost is born
