On any Educational certificate attestation for Qatar one can obtain attestation from State Education Department- Human Resource Department. The Educational Certificate has to be verified from the concerned issuing university. The Educational Certificate is then processed for Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Government of India and Qatar Embassy Legalization
The procedure of Educational Certificates
Step 1- Attestation by Education Department (HRD) of concerned state
Government from where the document is issued;
Step 2- Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India;
Step 3- Verification from the concerned Certificate issuing University
Step 4- Legalization/Attestation from the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New
Delhi.**Qatar embassy legalizes the original certificate with consolidated final year mark sheet and Verification letter from the University. All the three documents have to be legalized by the Embassy.
Step wise Procedure of Educational Documents Legalization
University Verification is required for all Indian Originated Educational Degree Certificates. Same is the case with HRD Attestation, It is required compulsorily for all Indian Originated Educational Degree Certificates.
