• What is accounts receivables financing and how does it work?

• 7-8 years ago invoices were paid in 30-45 days… Today 60-90 days…

• The result - a critical cash flow situation.

• We will lend money against outstanding invoices.

• We will set up a line of credit and advance 70% to 80% of an invoice value up to $3 million or more.

• Close the loan within 7-10 business days.




Accounts Receivable: an example• A clients company has many invoices that are late payers. This

creates a serious cash flow problem. As an example let’s look at 1 invoice.

• The invoice is for $10,000

• We loan the client 80% or $8,000 immediately

• The $10,000 invoice is paid in full within 60-90 days

• When payment is received the client will receive the balance which is $2,000 less the interest for the time the invoice was outstanding

• This repeats continuously month after month for many of the clients invoices over the life of the account




Accounts Receivable• Target clients:

• Any company that ships a product or provides a service, sends an invoice and is waiting to get paid.

• Transaction size range from $50,000-$3,000,000 per month

• Recurring-each month

Apparel Manufacturers are a good client type




Accounts Receivable•How you make money: two ways

•By charging a set up fee:•Example: $500,000 line of credit with 2% set up fee

•You make $10,000

•PLUS•10-15% of lender profits over life of account. Example 10% of earnings

•You make approximately $2,000-$2,500 every month for as long as the client stays with the lender

• What is “CCC” advance?• We provide working capital to merchants

who have limited access to traditional financing in the form of an advance upon future credit card and cash receipts.

• Loan amounts up to $500,000• Interest as low as 7.99%• Terms up to 5 years

•How it works:• We calculate an average 4

months of cash and credit card receipts

• We can advance the merchant 100% of that average

• Payments are automatically deducted as a % of the receipts of the company

This provides flexibility. When business thrives the advance is repaid quickly. When business suffers it is paid off slowly.

When the loan is 50% paid, the borrower can renew the loan and the cycle begins again and you get paid each time they renew.
