most “qualified” to assist– These are your core competencies

– You do these out of necessity to “round out” your offering to those you serve in your core mission; activities you do because there is a need and no one else is meeting it (or doing it well)

– You wouldn’t do them if someone else was doing it well; and it is not a strength or one you want to develop further
