PRODUCT RANGE TRUCK HYDRAULICS
■ Wipro “Diamond series” heavy duty range of front-end tipping kits
for tippers and tip trailers are designed with specifi cations based
on extensive fi eld survey for reliable performance with higher load
carrying capacities, ease of maintenance and
serviceability as key focus.
■ The D series range of cylinders have been
extensively tested and validated for reliable
performance in a variety of applications from
simple earthwork to heavy duty iron ore load in
sweltering Sahara or freezing arctic conditions.
■ The cylinders are manufactured in a dedicated
automated line using advanced CNC machines,
robotic welding and automated paint booth to ensure quality of
products.
■ Since its launch, the D series has become the fl ag bearer of Wipro’s
truck hydraulic range and is today the class leading product with
over 30,000 cylinders working effortlessly around the world.
■ The cylinders are available for various loads/tipper body sizes from
12T (6cum) to 85T GVW (42cum) with mounting dimensions
standardized in order to enable easy interchangeability with other
makes.
■ The cylinders are available with wet-kit complete with power
take-off, pumps, oil tanks, direction valves, cabin valves, stroke
limiting valve, body lock, hoses, adaptors and other relevant
accessories.

■ ST-52 super fi nished precision steel tubes sourced from world’s leading manufacturer.
■ 100% hard chrome plated cylinder stages for superior corrosion resistance and extended seal life in
extreme weather conditions.
■ Unique combination of polyurethane seals with primary and secondary seal design to ensure superior
performance.
■ Special design metallic piston bearings to withstand high compressive and side loads with unique profi le
to eliminate scoring.
■ Large size trunnion pins to withstand high bending and stress load.
■ High strength stopper rings to withstand impact load.
■ Wide piston bearing and POM rod guides to support rams under dynamic
load.
■ External stopper rings to take pressure load and act as stroke limiter.
■ Positive locking for rod eye threads (DFE & DFEE designs) and unique
3-bolt mounting design for cover tube variant (DFC design) to arrest
loosening.
■ Maintenance free steel-PTFE spherical bearings to handle misalignments
and arching related problems.
■ Hollow last stage ram for easy maintenance, weight reduction and reduced
oil requirements.
