OUR PROGRAMFitKids360, a program of Health Net of West Michigan, is a healthy lifestyle program developed to fight childhood obesity. This comprehensive program combines basic education about nutrition, behavior, and exercise with a wide range of physical activities.

OUR GOALTo provide effective solutions and encouragement for overweight children who have been unable to lose weight on their own.

ON THE MOVEGraduates of FitKids360 are invited to participate in On The Move, a 10-week, progressive program that incorporates walking, running, and other cardio exercises like Zumba and kickboxing, to help families train for a 5k.

Through On The Move, our goal is to help families make physical activity a part of their daily lives, and complete the 5k held at the end of the program.

For most, this is a life-changing experience!
