Occurs when one or both of the conditions set khiyar 

he has the right to cancel the contract within a

* The ownership of goods have been frozen until a decision whetherthe contract is continued or canceled.* If the contract was canceled, ownership of the goods remain theproperty of the seller.* If the sale is continued, the goods remain the property of the purchaser from the date of signed contract and payment of goodswill belong to the seller.
