Feedforward exercise
Step # 1
X people are together in a place
Step # 2
Everyone, please let go of the past. This exercise is about
giving and receiving ideas for the future.
Step # 3
Please choose a behavior you would like to improve
Example # 1
”I would like to be better at giving people praise / positive feedback.”
Example # 2
”I would like to become a better listener.”
”I would like to use social media more.”
Example # 3
Please choose the behavior that is most important to you.
Step # 4
Please get a mobile device or a piece of paper and a
pen to use for taking notes
Step # 5
During 2 minutes, please give and receive ideas
to / from another person
When I say ”change now”, please take 3 steps to the right and say hello to the person you meet.
Find out what behaviour the person wants to improve and tell him / her what behaviour you want to improve.
Part 1
During the 1st minute, person A gives ideas to help improve the behavior that person B wants to improve.
Person B simply listens and takes notes.
Part 2
Part 3
During the 2nd minute, person B gives ideas to help improve the behavior that person A wants to improve.
Now, person A simply listens and takes notes.
Please shake hands with each other and say
thank you for the ideas you got from each
other.
Part 4
We will do 5 rounds of 2 minutes.
