Facebook Timeline For Brands New
Admin Levels
Facebook has introduced a couple of new changes to help out the small business owner.
The two main changes include creating different administrator roles and the ability to schedule
out posts in advance.
Facebook is hoping that these improvements will assist increase
customer usership and satisfaction and improve their struggling stock prices. This
article will go into further detail on each of these new
improvements.
If you, as a small business owner, run your own social media, then
this Facebook Administrator function may not be a big deal.
But if you want to outsource your social media to another employee, contractor, or company, then this
feature is perfect.
Facebook Administrator Roles
Nothing keeps Page owners awake at night more than the thought of someone other than themselves
having full control of their Page. If this person becomes disgruntled,
they can change the password and lock out the Page owner.
Now, with the following different levels, you can give people content control or create reports without giving them full admin privileges.
Here are the 5 different administrator levels on Facebook:.
1. Manager.
The manager has full control of the page from creating posts & ads, editing the page & apps,
commenting, deleting comments, sending messages and viewing
Facebook insights.
2. Content Creator.
The content creator is one step away from the manager and has a lot of authority however, it cannot
manage the admin roles.
3. Moderator.
The moderator can send messages, respond to messages and delete comments. They are
unable to create new posts.
4. Advertiser.
The advertiser can create ads and view insights.
5. Insights Analyst.
The insights analyst can review and analyze the data only. This is the lowest
of authority but it is probably one of the most important. You can create
content and ads all day but if no one is delving in to the data, a lot is being
lost.
Are you posting and reaching your target market or just random people
who liked your video?
