5. Visitors’ voice

 •Waiting hours to enter to many exhibitions

(Aquarium, Spain, Aragon, Germany, Japan) and a half-way solution: The fast-pass >

•Excessive prices (lockers-5e, parking-12e, expensive food and water)

•Weak contents in some pavilions or too much touristic promotion

•Inescapable high Temperatures.

Not much to do, but it inevitably amplifies visitors’ discontent. > more fountains.

•Lack of organization and improvisation on the first days of the eventSlow service in bars and shortage of supplies. Long wait.

Night-pass big limitations in terms of open visits.

Loud sound of the 6+2 stages affecting locals and other shows

Deficient accessibility for elderly and younger children in carts.
