R&D MOST LIKELY TO CHANGE JOBS

Professionals working within Research & Development have been most influenced by the economic upturn with 54% now more likely to be looking for a new job.

Candidates working within Quality and Sales have changed their objectives the least – but are still more likely to be looking to change jobs this year as a result of the economic upturn.

AUTOMOTIVE MOST VOLATILE INDUSTRY

Has the upturn in the economy influenced your job seeking objectives for the next 12 months?

The Automotive industry is forecast to experience the highest level of job-seeking and therefore staff turnover.

52.5% of professionals in that industry are now more likely to be looking for a new job a result of the economic upturn.

Whereas 40% of candidates in the food industry are now more likely to change jobs this year.
