DESCRIPTION
With a new year beginning, the market is faced with the reality of an economic downturn on a global scale. Business leaders across most sectors and geographies have already been forced to make difficult decisions with respect to their workforces, including program cutbacks in areas such as talent development, employee compensation and benefits, and recruitment. As a result, businesses are increasingly sourcing their “people” needs internally. Even so, there is still significant demand for externally sourced talent, but with the increase in the global labor supply and competition for new RPO business, signs show a “buyer’s market” starting to emerge. These factors give way to important questions: How are suppliers responding to the intense competition? What are the emerging market dynamics? What are the projections for the future of RPO? Join Everest Group for an engaging Question and Answer session featuring top executives from leading RPO firms, who will share their insights on the RPO marketplace, including market predictions, factors impacting the supplier landscape, buyer trends, and emerging solutions. Registrants will have the opportunity to submit questions to the Panel in advance or during the session. Panelist(s) Info: Sue Marks - CEO, Pinstripe Rosaleen Blair - CEO, Alexander Mann Solutions Courtney Cook - Head of RPO, Kenexa Europe Tom Mason - Head of RPO, UK & Ireland, Hudson Andy Watt - COO, Futurestep Darryl Conley - Principal, Everest Group Chris MacKay - Associate Principal, Everest Group
