Our annual customer/supplier survey was conducted during the months August and September 2015. In two weeks 31 participants took part in ESI survey.

The survey was consisted of two parts:Part 1 included questions related to:Relationship with ESICustomers/Supplier satisfied with the way ESI performed on projectsLevel of satisfaction with the Solution Implemented by ESI

Part 2 included questions related to:Market Perception Value (how our customers/suppliers hear about ESI , what was their first impression, questions asking of ESI new website)

Overall satisfied with the way ESI performed (Is performing) on projects: 67,7 % of Customer/Supplier are very satisfied with our way to performed on

projects, 19,4 % are satisfied, 6,5 % of voters are quite satisfied.

Overall satisfied with the solutions implemented by ESI 58,1 % of Customer/Supplier are very satisfied with our way to performed on

projects, 19,4 % are satisfied, 29,0 % of voters are quite satisfied.

Satisfaction with the Solution implemented by ESI in details; More than 70 % our Supplier/Customer think that their requirements were met. Score of 33 % in providing positive impact to client company is not satisfied and

this is area which need to be improvement

How our ESI Team is evaluated; 70% 4 scores and 3 scores over 50 % vs. just 3,3% 1-2 scores. The ESI Team

is rate very good by our Customer and Supplier.

ESI is a market leader in Less than 50 % votes strongly or somewhat agree that ESI is a market leader in all

sectors which were given to rate. This area need to be consider for improvement.

How would you rate the following product lines by ESI? The highest notes 58,1% and 41,9% votes as a excellent have recognized Industrial Automation and

BMS, a little lower but still good notes 35,5% has received Integration with Third-party system. The least have been rated Home Automation 16,1% voters recognized it as a excellent and 32,3 % as

a good.

How ESI’s Supplier/Customer felt about ESI before the project, how has their perception of the company and services provided changed if at all? Two good scores 51,8% saying the expectations were met and 25,8% saying

that perception has improve and performance exceeded expectations .

Overall value paid for your project, was it…..? All scores indicate that our Customer/Supplier are completely agree that overall

value paid was worth project.

Primary strengths are: ESI’s Team (but note there appeared negative notes in two areas; - respond to client enquiries in a timely manner ! - Adhere to professional standards of conduct ! Solutions implemented by Company.

Definitely we need to increase rates of our products lines; Home Automation, Integrated security System Integration with Third-party system
