4. Fabrication

One of the fabrication facilities is ideally situated at the waterfront

between the seaports of Rotterdam (NL) and Antwerp (BE)

The excellent industrial infrastructure ensures access to export facilities

for worldwide shipments.

Fact sheet:

- Total facility area: 5,000 m2

- Covered fabrication area: 3,000 m2

- Prefabrication shop: 1,500 m2, crane lift 2x15 & 2x7,5 T

- Assembly shop: 1,500 m2, crane lift 2x15 T

- Assembly yard: 1,400 m2

- Covered storage area: 200 m2

- Load-out quay: 500 m2 .

7.1 Multiple Retractable Flares

ESCHER is the developer of the derrick supported multiple

retractable Flare System.

This type offers unique operational advantage allowing any one flare

tip to be removed for maintenance or inspection. Retractibility allows

to lower stack by winching/canting whilst flares remain operational

-> No plant shutdown required

ESCHER’s retractable Flare System was developed for and in co-

operation with Shell. Rectractable Flare Systems have been

supplied worldwide.

10. After Sales Services

After Sales Services consist of:•Spare parts during system life cycle•Project services (including commissioning and start-up assistance, training, design reviews)

Our Commissioning Engineers and sub-suppliers have direct contact with our After Sales Dept.

Should the spare parts be unavailable, special made-to-order will be arranged.

Our After Sales Department provides ex-stock: bolts, filters, gaskets, lube oil and grease, dampers, etc. Other spare parts for commissioning and operations will be listed and identified upon Contract Award.

ESCHER strives to give our Client the fastest expedited delivery for meeting its on-time spare parts supply request. We ship directly from our main warehouses in Papendrecht, The Netherlands to site via airport, road and air line cargo carriers.

Local distribution, logistics and supply in Netherlands is managed by ESCHER and warehouse in Papendrecht, e.g. multiple TEG systems and flare systems worldwide have been duly served.
