Dairy

• Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, Ice Cream• Eat or drink 3 cups every day.• Fat-free is the best for your diet.• If you cannot drink lactose, you can buy

lactose-free milk or soy milk.• Even tasty Ice Cream is a good source of dairy,

It just contains a lot of sugars that are not great for a healthy diet.

Proteins: Meats And Beans

• Chicken, Beef, Ham, Split Peas, Nuts• Eat 5 ½ oz. every day.• Baked and boiled meat is the best for you,

compared to fried foods, like McDonalds chicken nuggets.

• Peas, and Nuts are a good source of protein and do not taste bad either.

Protein!!!• 4oz. of meat reduces to 3oz. once cooked.• Fathers day is the biggest beef consuming

day of they year.• Never refreeze meat, it raises the

rancidity level.• Never eat any raw meat, cooking kills

many toxins.• Meat grinders and cutting boards should

be cleaned thoroughly after each use, bacteria will stay and contaminate.

• Beans contain 22% protein, more than meat and eggs.

• Kidney beans are nutritionally the best for us to eat.
