eSky Mobile 013 Application Requirements

1) Must complete with e-numX Application Form with Clear copy of Identity Card (Front & Back) or Passport / Work Permit, fax or e-mail to company, in order to activate the line.

2) New eSky Mobile 013 Sim card is come with FREE RM80 talk-time.

3) Documents received before 10am, the line can be activated in the afternoon. After 10am, the line will be activated on the next working day.

4) eSky Mobile 013 user is compulsory to maintain a minimum commitment amount of RM 100.00 every month to prevent any service interruption.

5) For each maintain of RM100.00, you shall receive a RM50 Free talk-time at 1st of the following month and 7 BV for your eSky Account (maintain FREE talk-time are unable to carry forward).

6) 30th/31st of each month will be the cut-off date, when 30th/31st all the remaining balance in your account will be reset to RM0.

7) For each reload of RM10.00, RM20 and RM50 only, all reload balance will be carried forward to the following month.

8) Customer can make 24 hours toll free call 1909 to check balance or go online to check call detail records.
