DESCRIPTION
This is a lighter and somehow more casual way to present my résumé: my background and experience of 20+ years as an independent business and marketing consultant. Having worked in different industries and countries and with companies of different sizes I have learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the resources I had with well-defined objectives and empowerment. A management belief based on integrity, quality, and service, along with a positive attitude, an aptitude for strategic thought and planning, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and situations allows me to achieve consistent and significant successes in multiple industries. The résumé (or Curriculum Vitae) must reflect one's achievements both in academics and in professional life. But a simple text document cannot include one's personality and this is why a visual cv like this one helps to tell the world how Enric is... creative, open to challenges, riding the innovation wave at all times, a bit humorous, casual and overall passionate about his work. a bit about me...
For over 20 years I have been involved with organisations of all sizes and industries and in several countries across Europe and beyond. My role has been to help companies and organisations to devise new opportunities and to launch new projects, to grow, get better at their business and be more competitive. I specialize in the areas of Management and Marketing and also have a very solid background in Information Technology.
Executive professional, consultant, advisor, entrepreneur… if it is interesting and challenging I am there!.
Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing Management and Information Technology from several institutions.
I speak fluent Catalan, English and Spanish and I can read and under-stand French and Italian.
I am good at...
solving problems... like big, tangled, messy, how-the-heck-did-we-get-into-this-kind-of-problems
analysing and synthesizing information
... easy as riding a bicycle
holistic thinking… reflective, creative, big-picture, intuitive, unexpected kind of thinking
I have an innate skill for figuring out how to do stuff I have absolutely no idea how to do, pronto!
