As more and more IPPs & CPPs are being promoted, a professionally managed O&M support is the need of the day. ¥Ensure high plant availability with well defined Maintenance policy, schedules and spares management. Management

of corrosion with effective water treatment and erosion control.

¥Keep up the designed plant efficiency and Heat Rate. Enmas is aware of the impact of fuel costs on variable

component of generation cost and confident of contributing towards economic generation cost by way of participating

with the customer in choosing appropriate fuel mix, tuning combustion control, Maintain Boiler efficiency, monitor

To meet the demand of power plant engineers , Enmas O&M in association with SQUAM Institute, Trichy, Tamil Nadu provide training on power plant Operation and Maintenance and then induct them into the organization.

Besides usual methods of training through class room lectures, case studies / Group discussions, training by Simulator and practical training at a Power station is provided.

Advanced training for the persons already in the job is provided by Simulator, in-plant training and at OEM works.

An indoor Simulator with high quality software is installed at the institute.

As part of Enmas O&M Services effort to provide life cycle service to the plant, Supply of non-proprietary spares and Servicing of Equipment is taken up as a separate business.

Our group being OEM for all types of boilers, we can design, manufacture ,supply of all boiler spares & replacement of the same and source other parts from our associate companies with stringent quality standards.

A. PRESSURE PARTS : The pressure parts spares for Boilers shall be manufactured as per Indian Boiler Regulations and International standards for exports with necessary documentation.

B. Spares for Boiler Fuel firing equipment Components of fuel firing equipment in AFBC/ CFBC/ Stoker grate / spreaders, Feeders, Dust collectors, dampers, manhole doors etc.

C. Miscellaneous Spares : Piping, fittings, supports, conventional valves, Safety valves, control valves, motor operated valves, level gauges etc. Boiler external steam and feed water piping – fittings, traps, valves, fixed and variable supports and accessories.
