Make an existing project available to eTwinning Plus teachers

An overview of the process

Create a new project which is available for eTwinning Plus teachers or accept an invitation from an eTwinning Plus teacher founding a new project

Invite eTwinning Plus teachers to the project or accept invitation from the eTwinning Plus teacher

First, make sure you’re available for an eTwinning Plus partnership

Click on the Yes button

Tip: You can add eTwinning Plus partners to an existing project, as long as the project is made ‘available’ to eTwinning Plus

Tip: You need to be a Project Administrator to edit the details of a project

To check whether or not your existing project is available for eTwinning Plus, just click on the Edit button

As you can see, this project is not currently open to eTwinning Plus partners

To make your project available to eTwinning Plus teachers, just click on the Yes button, then Submit

Tip: This action is irreversible, so make sure that the other project partners agree to involve eTwinning Plus countries, before you click on the Submit button

Click on Create a new project

Choose the teacher you would like to set up the project with and click on Next Step

Make sure the project is available to eTwinning Plus teachers by clicking on the Yes button

Fill in the other Project details, as you usually would

Click on submit

Or accept an invitation from an eTwinning Plus teacher founding a project

To add your eTwinning Plus partner, click on Add new partner(s)

Tip: You can only add teachers from your Contacts list to a project, so make sure your eTwinning Plus partner has accepted your contact request, before adding them

Click on the eTwinning Plus contact you would like to add to your project

Then click, Add Partner(s)

You will see the following confirmation message

Tip: Make sure your eTwinning Plus contact accepts the invitation to join your project – they will see this invitation in their Notifications
