ARE “YOUR EMPLOYEES/STAFF” ENGAGED?
Employee Engagement.
Learning gets respect
Warm up!!!
I do not think any of us would still argue against the importance of employee engagement and its positive impact on the Business.
So let’s jump this part and move to a challenging statement:
Did you ask yourself , if your employees/staff are engaged in the business? And if the answer is yes , then , how many of the employees in your organization are really engaged?
If you believe it is about 50% , then you maybe just overestimating the number.
Some resent studies show that ( in average) :
• About 54% of employees in the USA are not engaged,
• 17% are disengaged.
• And only 29 % are engaged.
Think about the potential opportunity for the business if the organization would get those employees to join the “FORCE”.
