2. Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering is a fastgrowing branch in the field of Electronics because of itsinterdisciplinary nature. It has wide scope in all industrialprocesses and applications. E.I.&C. Engineers are in fulldemand not only in process industries but also in AutomobileIndustries, due to increased automation. With changingtimes, many processes have become more and more automatedand a need for a closer monitoring of inputs and responses hasbeen felt. As a result the instruments at the component andsub-system levels also need to become more and moreintegrated.
