We export and install nishing materials in construction in LATAM, CARIBBEAN and AFRICA markets. We export, import, dispatch, transport and install on site.

Our company, through the Department of Works, markets European products, making us responsible for their importation, dispatch, transportation and installation on site, guaranteeing the execution of our installations for a period of one year, in addition to the manufacturer's product warranty.

EA - WORKS DEPARTMENT

The Department of Works coordinates people's efforts to achieve goals and objectives using available resources efciently and effectively.The Project Management comprises the planning, organization, stafng, as well as the direction of control and organization to achieve the proposed goal. To achieve all of this, we plan our work by schedules, contrasted with the owners of the work or technicians involved in the construction process, coordinating in this way the intervention of the different guilds.

The Quality Control of the Works includes:A. Product Receiving ControlB. Control of implementation.C. Control of the Finished Work

A. THE CONTROL OF RECEPTION OF PRODUCTSThe purpose of the reception control is to check the minimum technical characteristics required of the products, equipment and systems that are permanently incorporated in the proposed building, as well as their conditions of supply, quality assurances and reception control.

B. THE IMPLEMENTING CONTROLDuring construction, the project execution manager will monitor the execution of each work unit by verifying its layout, the materials used, the correct execution and layout of the building elements and installations, as well as the verications and other Checks to be carried out to verify their conformity with the requirements of the project, the applicable legislation, the standards of good engineering practice and the instructions of the management. In the reception of the executed work can take into account the certications of conformity held by the agents involved, as well as the verications that may be carried out by the quality control entities of the building. It will be veried that the necessary measures have been taken to ensure compatibility between the different products, elements and construction systems.

C.- CONTROL OF FINISHED WORK.In order to verify the nal performance of the building in the nished work, the verications and tests of service established in the project or by the facultative address and rest of the applicable legislation must be carried out.
