We thank you for your continued interest in SDL Citadel’s eP2000 Renewable Energy Systems. Based on the preliminary information provided via Mr. Yarmus, it is our contention that a project for Ho Chi Minh City and in other locations in Vietnam, is actionable from both an operational and feasibility perspective. Our next step would be to conduct a video conference call with you and key government officials to further discuss feedstock/waste streams, potential sites, business structure, and visit logistics. The call will assist with finalizing a detailed presentation of our technology and proposing solutions during our visit. Upon visitation to Vietnam and in line with the Vietnamese Government, SDL is proposing the following approach:
Phase I: In collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders, SDL will conduct a feasibility study consisting of a regulatory framework review, interconnection requirements, feedstock availability and composition analysis, site survey, business structure, and final economic analyses. Phase II: A formal proposal followed by key stakeholder observation (via visitation or video) of system operations in Dallas, Texas. Phase III: Document business relationships and secure sites with permitting. Phase IV: Implementation. Informed by Phase I, SDL will install and commission the appropriate scale of its eP2000 technology.
