In 2007, a US 'think tank' discussed the Seven Key Skill Sets needed for the Pharmaceutical Industry, as follows: – Ability to manage decentralised intellectual capital resources – Ability to work in Joint Ventures and across divisions, cultures and countries
– Ability to integrate an understanding of IP laws, scien2fic exper2se and strategy
– Ability to spur crea2vity while managing commercially – Knowledge and insight on decision making dynamics of payers – Exper2se in func2on and decision making of regulatory agencies – HR skills to help transform pharmaceu2cal companies
