Procedure for SAC regeneration:
1.Release the air through Air Vent Valve 7 and close it.2.Open the Drain Valve 2 and middle collector valve 8 for 3 minutes and close both the valves.3.Open the drain valve 9 and Acid injection valve 4 the open the inlet valve 1 such that flow in the drain is in ‘D’ Level. Continue this operation for 15 Minutes.4.Close the Acid line only and allow power water to flow for 15 Minutes.5.Close all the valves and release the air through air vent drain.6.Open the drain valve 6 and open the inlet valve 1 till the hardness in nil.7.Then close the drain valve and open the outlet valve 5 in order to make the system in line.

Procedure for MA regeneration:
1.Release the air through Air Vent Valve 9 and close it.2.Open the Drain Valve 2 and middle collector valve 3 for 3 minutes and close both the valves.3.Back Wash: Open the Drain Valve 2 and Valve 5 in order to separate the resins, which makes cataion resins to settle in the bottom. Thereafter close all the valves.4.Open the drain valve 2, acid injection valve and inlet valve 1 such that acid should not go to the anion resins. Continue it for 15 minutes and allow power water with out acid to the resins for 15 minutes.5.Close all the valves and open drain valve 4, C.S. Injection and inlet valve 5 for 15 minutes and allow power water with out C.S to the resins for 15 minutes.6.Close all the valves and release the air through air vent.7.Drain the water to half the tank level through the drain valve 68.Close the drain valve 6 and open the air vent and drain valve 2 and the open the air through valve 8 for 3 minutes then close all the valves.9.Open the drain valve 6 and open the inlet valve 1 till the conductivity less then 1.
