Six-Sigma is a business improvement and management strategy, originally developed by Motorola. Since its evolution, the strategy has gained worldwide attention for its remarkable success in improving business process efficiency for all types of organisations. The strategy was originally devised to reduce process variation in manufacturing systems, where defects were reduced to near zero. Since then, it has subsequently been extended, in conjunction with Lean, and can be adapted to all types of processes including manufacturing, logistics, Government, services, administration, healthcare, mining and IT.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Workshop DetailsCourse Overview
The Green Belt Program provides participants with an overview of Lean Six-Sigma as well as key concepts associated with effective project teams.
Green Belts receive a subset of the more comprehensive Black Belt curriculum.
Learning Outcomes
Green Belts learn• A structured problem-solving methodology for
addressing business improvement projects
• Intermediate level quality tools within that methodology and links to Lean tools
• How to generate bottom-line financial results.
• Effective improvement project management skills

Green Belt Certification
We also offer the option of formal Green Belt certification. To receive certification, Green Belt candidates must complete the training, pass an exam, and demonstrate results on one improvement project.
