Debris RemovalRecycling Revenues (applicable to large projects only)•Subgrantee may retain revenues received through recycling eligible disaster debris•Cost of establishing and operating a recycling program or process is not eligible•Subgrantee must provide Grantee with written notification of revenue received and plan for use of funds•Revenues must be used for approved purposes prior to period-of-performance deadline
