Since the employees are not reaching out to as many clients, revenues for the company have gone down. Interviewing and observing client-facing employees identifies the need for a time management training module (Kenney, 2013). 3. We will review time management techniques so employees can be as productive as they can and have no more than 45 seconds in between phone calls. Lastly, daily activity trackers will be introduced so employees can track what he or she does during the day to decrease non-work related activities (Kenney, 2013). 4. Activities that affect the average outbound call attempts are not completing paperwork in a timely manner, not being accurate in paperwork completion, having frequent non-work related conversations with coworkers, and taking breaks longer than the company allotted 30 minutes. The lack of employee engagement has affected the number of outbound calls that employees make on a daily and monthly basis. When this happens, a lower number of clients are contacted, thus providing fewer opportunities for the company to reach revenue goals (Kenney, 2013). 5. Graphics: Picture of AVAYA phone in a soft glow in the background.http://ip-phones.findthebest.com/l/129/Avaya-9621G Text/Audio Narration: When the employee arrives for his or her shift, they will log into their phones to activate their readiness to take incoming and make outgoing phone calls. When employees are not able to take or make calls, they should AUX out of their phones to show management the time they are idle and available. There are four AUX codes that employees will use to identify daily activities. Employees are allowed either a 30 or 60 minute lunch break and should select AUX 1 when they are taking their lunch. When they take their allotted two fifteen minute breaks, they should select AUX 2. The AUX 3 option is used for meetings and AUX 7 should be used for restroom breaks and administration time. For all AUX codes, the employees should AUX IN when their lunch, break, meeting, or administration time has been completed. 6. One of the first things you should do is to plan every day. At the start of your day or the end of the previous day, you should write a to-do list and prioritize each task and do the most important items first. Once your to-do list is completed, start from highest priority to lowest priority during the day. If you do not have time during the day to complete all of the tasks, move the unfinished tasks to the next day. Secondly, you should remove distractions during the day. During the day, evaluate what you are spending your time on and identify if you are using your time wisely. If you notice you are spending 7. The tracker should include scheduled time for an hour lunch and 2 fifteen minute breaks. The tracker should be completed the day before or right when you arrive at the office. The sample you see has a start of what to include on the tracker. If an activity on the prioritized list does not get completed, move it to the next day. The daily tracker will be provided by your manager so you can start using it tomorrow. For the first week of using the tracker, keep track of all time, including non-work related activities. This will help you know what additional time you have available to refocus on work 8. Planning refers to starting the day with a plan of which clients will be called and creative ways to make queries to make client call lists. Awareness includes knowing how time is spent during the day and the daily tracker will help you track your day. Reduction discusses how to reduce distractions during the day and stay focused on the daily plan. By using the techniques, you will have a more productive day and increase your monthly average outbound calls. 9.
