• Project Description: The Sisters of Charity were in need of a new location to house their administrative offices. The renovation of an existing six-story 49,000 SF 1950’s precast building across from St. Vincent Charity Hospital met their requirements. The top three floors were allocated for the Sisters of Charity Health System administrative offices and the lower floors for private physicians offices.

buildings with bold and modern finishes in an effort to capture new group of diverse tenants.

• Client: CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.• Project Description: This 1960’s era suburban mall needed a revived

look in order to maintain and improve tenant leasing. The work also revitalized the exterior presence with entrance upgrades including the addition of outward facing retailers and restaurants. A palette of warm colors, decorative lighting, wood paneling, large format tile and cultured stone softened the cold and harsh existing interior. Soft seating areas, a fireplace in the food court and water feature in the center court provided an inviting environment.

• Responsibilities: design development, interior design, maintained contact with vendors to ensure products are within budget, reviewed mock-up layouts to ensure client satisfaction and verified products were delivered to the site on time

475,000 SF open air lifestyle center. A first of its kind in this region, it features one-of-a-kind boutiques, fashion stores, restaurants and a 16 state-of-the-art screen movie theater.
