Read what Viviane has to say about CQ below! “The Cultural Intelligence (CQ) model has enabled me to help internal and external clients navigate multicultural challenges domestically and abroad. As someone who grew up in a multicultural, utterly diverse context and later lived and worked in various places, I was always interested in different languages, customs, and communication styles. But upon being certified in CQ, I started acquiring a deeper understanding of why we think and act the way we do; how to shed stereotypes and see beyond apparent traits, and bridge gaps in leadership, performance, and professional relations stemming from cultural differences and similarities. Be it working with people from different generational, geographical, or functional cultures, I can confidently use the CQ framework and the robust research behind it to assist professionals and teams in reaching success.” Like what you’re reading?
