* Steaming• Generally, I dont recomment conditioning Cop or Cone • İf Necassary, ( your customer requested ) only CONE/Yarn package conditioning but we should do as below 1- Yarn PackageTube should has hole own surface 2- 2 cycle condition ; 5 min. 55 oC 20 min. 58 oC 3- Waiting time of Package at storehause should be minimum ( conditioned package should be use asap )

It is necessary a right adjustment of the blower.•Other wise Roving will go out of roving stopper•Will be reason of Yarn fault•Will not clean filament package•Will not keep to clean sensor rollerNOT too manyNOT too narrow

• Front Roller speed of Machine

• Actual measurment speed should be

same speed with AMSLER’s display

• Lycra Roller speed

• Checking SET values with measurements

FORMULA ; Front roller speed of machine / Lycra Roller speed = Lycra Draft

• OPERATOR CONTROL POINTS ON MACHİNE

• Filament / Lycra 1 - Winding 2 – Move on the Rollers 3 – Lycra should be inside of slot of Rollers 4 - Lapping on Rollers

• One of the roller of Blower should be metal or bearing •Metal roller should touch to rail for good grounding

•Additional grounding will be better inside AMSLER control box
