Final report should be: Presented in person with a summary of graphs showing
changes or lack thereof on PowerPoint or other media. Provide a copy of the written report.
How Best to Conduct Them?
1. Conduct annually 2. Develop a small team or external set of experts and identify the
information needed to demonstrate progress3. Identify key people to speak to and structure the interviews to
obtain documentation, reviews, or information to be analyzed4. Compare and collaborate on the data collected to a set of Best
Practices and original plans5. Compile the written report of accomplishments and gaps and
present it to the leadership or transformation team
