  SECTION HEADING PROVISION

4.1

Scope * Salary less than or equal to Rs.15000/-p.m., excluding any travelling allowance, and any sum paid to defray special expenses entailed by the employee by the nature of employment (and for Directors, Salary is less than or equal to Rs. 10000/-p.m.)

4.4

Manner & Time limit for making the payment of contribution

The total amount of contribution (employee’s share and employer’s share) is to be deposited with the authorised bank through a challan in the prescribed form in quadruplicate on or before 21st of month following the calendar month in which the wages fall due.

Returns Bi-Annually return of contribution in quadruplicate within 30 days of the end of contribution period (Form 5)
