The following is a simple scheduling process:

Identify the time that is available to you.Go through the list of tasks that need to be carried

out to identify the high priority tasks.Block the schedule to complete the high priority

tasksKeep in “buffer time” as well.

By the time you reach step 4 and you find that you do not have “buffer time”, re-assess the priority of each tasks.
