TAXATIONA company secretary helps an organisation in tax management and planning in adherence to Excise, Custom, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax laws.

International Trade

A practising CS is also responsible for guiding a corporate house on international trade.

He advises the organisation to ensure that there is no violation of the World Trade Organisation’s guidelines and foreign trade practices
