Michael Kurgan

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Kurgan is a technology visionary and serial entrepreneur with two decades of experience

pioneering disruptive software ventures. Widely regarded for his strategic leadership and

innovation around internet centric strategies and his proven ability to interpret enterprise work-

flows in order to create efficient distribution solutions.

Prior to founding Service Wing, Michael built a software solution company focused on small

parcel transportation management that transformed the industry by providing a strategic

product. As a result of seamless data sharing this multinational product increased efficiency,

customer satisfaction and provided a significant cost reduction. ShipNow developed a robust

distribution channel through both OEM and reseller agreements with such companies as

Manugistics, Catalyst International, Optum Software and EXE, all publicly traded companies at

time of contract. As a result ShipNow created strategic partnerships with blue chip customers such

as Anixter, CDW, Fidelity Investments (FMR LLC), Limited Brands, Loews Home Improvement,

Neiman Marcus, Office Max, and Williams-Sonoma enabling a successful exit in 2004 to Kewill, a

publicly traded company in the UK.

Michael is a graduate from Lake Forest Academy and author of numerous articles on supply chain

management efficiencies, data value and workflow processes. He possesses a Commercial Multi

Engine Instrument Rated Pilot License and he and his wife currently reside in Del Mar California.

Ranjeet Deshmukh

Chief Technology Officer

Ranjeet has broad experience in Software Engineering and Technology gained over more than 15

years and spanning various domains including Logistics, Robotics, Data Storage/Archive and

Distributed Processing.

Prior to this, Mr. Deshmukh worked as Director of Product Technology and also spent 5 years as

Software Architect for ShipNow, Inc. (now Kewill India) where he helped setting up offshore

development center and Architect the flagship product.

Ranjeet in past has also worked as a software consultant with various organizations including

Nasdaq, Stamps.com and FMC.

Ranjeet holds Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Pune and postgraduate degree in

Computer Management from University of Pune.

Amir Jafri

President

Amir has over 25+ years of experience in healthcare technology leading businesses and

innovation. Amir has worked as a senior executive at Fortune 500 companies and various

startups serving all aspects of the healthcare industry. He has managed global operations and

business units with over $750M in annual revenue and has been responsible for leading

innovation and managing projects with hundreds of employees in Europe, Asia, and North

America.

Most recently he was COO of West Wireless Health Institute (WWHI) where he led the

establishment of the Institute through a $100M grant and was responsible for establishing

innovation based business concepts. Prior to WWHI Amir was with Cardinal Health ($90B in

annual revenues NYSE: CAH) for 7 years in their clinical technology businesses which included

medical devices, clinical software, and research based initiatives. At Cardinal Amir held various

titles ranging from VP Innovation, Office of CTO, VP/GM of Clinical & Health Technology

Solutions, VP of R&D. Similar to WWHI, Amir also led the Innovation effort at Cardinal in the

areas of next generation healthcare devices and clinical solutions with new business model

concepts.

As part of the Innovation effort, he expanded the company‟s footprint in new areas of business

and fostered new operational methods and delivery models with outside partners in a regulated

environment (FDA). Prior to joining Cardinal Amir was Senior Vice President/GM of Healthcare

at Comsys Information Technologies division of Manpower, Inc. (NYSE: MAN) where managed

all healthcare accounts, sales and business development across their 42 nationwide offices. Early

in his career prior to Comsys Amir founded and exited various startups in the healthcare field

focusing on enterprise technology and clinical services to hospitals, payers, and physicians. Amir

has a Bachelors Degree with a double major in Chemistry and Biology from Houston Baptist

University and attended University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio with 2 years of

coursework.

Mental Health Assessment mobile based product for VA San Diego

Working with VISN 22 Veterans Transition & Care Management Group and a Principle

Investigator (PI) through their Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health (CESAMH) in

San Diego, our Healthcare division has developed a technology solution that will dramatically

improve the assessment, allocation, and continued follow-up of mental health services for

veterans and provide a „Patient Aligned Centered Care‟ approach. The solution utilizes web

based assessments, automated scoring, assignment of services, and customized patient centered

reports and education materials from any computing platform (home based, tablet PC, smart

phone, field based computers), while automatically integrating into the CPRS Mental Health

Assistant application for Clinical Reminders and management of services.

Enterprise level platform „codenamed‟ for a leading insurance company in India

As an extension to company‟s current tablet based offering to its distributors and agents

automating end-to-end policy issuance process, it has been envisaged to build a single Platform,

which will automate Enterprise-wide Processes. This means codenamed system will be a unified

system used by all the stakeholders associated with the organization. Also there is a vision to

white label and extend the Application as a Service offering to partners on the Cloud

environment.

The above vision entails that the application addresses the following aspects:

Consolidation of various applications / services in a single Solution framework

Is based on common platform and architecture addressing the needs of Customers,

Employees and Distribution Partners

Implementation in a componentized manner so that services can be offered on need-basis

POS (Point Of Sales) System for Restaurants:

We have developed a product development for one of our customers where we helped them

conceptualize, architect and build a POS system for fine dining restaurants in USA. This product

was developed in a pure SaaS model, where the POS application was deployed on user

computers/(windows) tablets through internet will full offline support for critical restaurant

functions.

Technology used for this product was Java open source stack + Adobe AIR for frontend. This

POS was PCI certified (payment vendor was HPS)

As we understand, architectural vision for proposed POS solution may differ than the architecture

we have implemented in past, however we have a capable team which can provide product

architecture level consulting for evaluating multiple approaches and coming to a right decision

before starting the development.

Brief

The <code named> POS is designed to be a top of the class Point Of Sale enterprise software for

total restaurant management. The software has an expandable architecture to allow customers to

manage chain of various physical restaurants. Each physical restaurant in the chain can be exactly

same in the nature or totally diversified. The software provides a uniform console to manage all

different types of setups.

The <code named> POS does not need any special hardware (other than regular desktops

running windows, or free Linux variants or MacOS) and is deployed to customers through

internet as a service. The administration of all POS stations can be done through web through

internet browsers or applications installed on desktop.

The architecture of the system allows centralized backoffice operations or de-centralized where

each physical location is managing itself. The software also provides fast, top of the class graphics

for ease of usability.
