Purpose:
The purpose of the USAG Japan Community Information Exchange (CIE) is to allow organizations to discuss services and support provided to the Community. This forum facilitates dialogue and an opportunity for units to obtain Community information to take back to their Soldiers, Family Members, Civilians and Retirees.

1. No late submissions will be accepted unless approved by Garrison Commander. A slide is required.
2.Submit issues, questions or concerns 2 weeks prior to CIE to allow Garrison Agencies an opportunity to research and respond. (29 JAN)
3.2-3 Slides Max – Font ARIAL – Minimum Pitch 18. Submit slides 2 weeks prior to CIE for Garrison Commander’s review. Submissions will be returned to agencies for corrections.
4.ACS is not responsible for mistakes submitted.

• Sponsors are responsible for cleaning the areas used by their pets.
• If kept outside, the pet’s area must be policed daily to prevent a buildup of trash and fecal material.
• Owners must clean up waste left by their pet during walks.
• Fecal droppings must be disposed of in sealed plastic bags (preferable double bags) and be placed in garbage receptacles.
• Un-bagged waste must not be placed in garbage receptacles.

The ICE comments submitted from October to December 2012 (1st QTR, FY13), the following activity has been identified through trend analysis of the ICE Program and other methods of customer feedback (Facebook, emails, Twitter, etc.) to provide further clarification to the community.
• Allied Telesis: Poor Cable TV/Internet Service
• Why are minors attending adult-related activities/establishments? e.g. Octoberfest beer drinking, the Dawg Pound(Roberto's / Sports Bar), 'R' rated movies on SHA, attending some of the adult work out classes in the Cardio Room.
• CY_Youth Sports: Only girls can sign-up for Youth Sport Volleyball – no boys, yet girls were allowed to play flag football this season with the boys
