 Communication Proposal…

 Here we explore various ways in which we can work with you to communicate Prestige’s services to your clients/members over the next annum. After reviewing the options illustrated you should decide which you feel most appropriate for you and your clients. After which all actions should be scheduled to produce a working communication plan. This will ensure both parties are aware of exactly what is expected of them and when, thus making the utmost of the partnership. Step one — Launch of partnership A Launch event is a great way to inform your clients of the new partnership. This can be done electronically, by way of a bespoke email, or via an actual event. We would advised an email to be produced by the partner and signed off for brand guidelines by Prestige. We would also be happy to co-produce this should it be more convenient. This should be sent out to an agreed list of clients that are then diarised for follow up by the partner or Prestige. Should an event be the preferred option the content can be bespoke to a subject you see as relevant for your audience. From our experience, an intimate audience typically works best so as relationships can be established. As a guide between 10-30 delegates would be a good size. These should be influential and key clients of yours to produce the best results for both you and your clients. Forms of Communication There are various ways in which Prestige can communicate with your clients/members. It is imperative these areas are agreed and maintained throughout the partnership. These can include:

Joint Meetings Co-branded Collateral

Joint Events Website Links/Landing Pages

Joint Social Media Activity E-Communications

Guest Blogs Any other ideas

Knowing the Message To ensure the Prestige message is delivered in a consistent and joined up way we will provide you with as much support as necessary. This will include detailed information regarding the Prestige offering to ensure you feel confident in the service and of its value to your clients. Ensuring the first impression to your clients is as effective as possible is of utmost importance.

Communication channels explored...

Joint Meetings You know your clients best. If there are key clients that you feel would engage and benefit from a joint meeting then Prestige are more than happy to accommodate this. Joint Events We are firm believers that people do business with people they like and trust. Hosting joint events can add real value to the partnership whilst strongly reinforcing the trust for your clients. Joint Social Media Social media are ever increasingly important platforms to be utilised. Joint interaction across any of these platforms can add real benefit and capture your clients attention. This can be anything from interaction on twitter , engaging in informative discussions via Linked In groups to promoting ‘likes’ of company pages. Guest Blogs Prestige host regular blogs focusing on various sectors and informative information. If your company has a blog we would propose mutual promotion of each others blog posts. Joint blogs can also be diarised to provide relevant and informative information for your audience. These should be agreed and scheduled in advance for maximum impact. Co-Branded Collateral Should your business have a regular newsletter or other marketing material ,we would propose that this be utilised to promote the partnership also. This should be signed off by Prestige for brand guidelines. Prestige also have a range of collateral which we would be more than happy to co-brand for you to use. Website links/landing pages Prestige are happy to dedicate a landing page to the partnership. This can be used on other agreed communications to send your clients to. We would also advise that your website has a dedicated landing page/space about the partnership—we are happy to work with you/your marketing department to ensure this is implemented in the most effective way. E-Communications We would advise that regular updates/informative information regarding the partnership are sent out to your clients on a regular basis. We can help you plan and deliver these in an effective way. Any other ideas We do not have all of the answers and welcome any ideas you may have.
