Consultancy Schedule
Consultancy is provided for 5 days over a period of 1 month(depending on the size of the organization).
Days Agenda
1 & 2 Understanding business problems and mapping existing communication patterns to them, setting expectations, making recommendations, setting up Kommbox and employee orientation
3, 4, 5 Weekly monitoring of the employee adoption and sorting out any issues as they happen
5 Assessing the progress along the expectations set
