Security levels, authorizations, task assignments, project roles, information flows are then automatically defined by your Organizational diagram.

Comidor offers multiple communication methods, both internally (amongst employees) and externally (with vendors, customers, partners, contractors etc.). Also, Comidor has an excellent Document Management System (DMS) with versioning, authorization and locking capabilities.

Comidor Project Flow
1. The PMs sets up the project, selects the participating groups of users and plans the Gantt chart. 2. The TLs selects the appropriate resources (EUs) and assigns tasks to them.
3. The EUs are notified for their tasks, create their own sub-tasks and, once their job is done, flag them as “complete”.
4. Going backwards, the TLs are notified and they can decide to approve or not the task completion. 5. Finally, the PMs can view the progress in their control panel.
